The Artist name is Vincent Van Gogh, Starry Night,1889. I first started to copy the stars. Then I copied the tree to make the star to glow behind it. Last I made it go in a continuous loop.
I First started to make first plane come off the frame. Next I made the first car come into frame and exit. Then Ia second another plane to come into frame like if the first plane was coming to land. Last I made a second car come into frame like the first car was leaving. That why it look like a continuous loop.
